• Shipping is free of charge - all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

• If you need an item shipped overnight, please call 843.577.7540 or email me and I’ll be glad to make arrangements to get your package shipped out asap.

Returns

• I want you to be totally satisfied with all Melissa Gray Design purchases. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, with an item that you purchased from my website I’ll be happy to offer a full refund as long as you return the item within two weeks in its original box along with your receipt.

• All return items must be sent (prepaid) USPS Priority Mail with a Signature Verification Request to: Melissa Gray Design/74 Reid Street/Suite B/Charleston, SC 29403.

Gift Wrapping

• All jewelry is packaged in a gift box along with a beautiful card detailing the piece and the gemstone intention. If you are purchasing a piece of jewelry as a gift and would like it specially gift wrapped, please call 843.577.7540 or email me and I’ll be glad to wrap it for you!

The Jewelry

• All pieces of Melissa Gray Design jewelry are one-of-a-kind and made in my studio in Charleston, SC. If an item is sold out and you would like to order the same piece, please call me at 843.577.7540 or email me and I’ll do my best to create a similar piece for you.

• Custom orders are gladly accepted.

Caring for Your Jewelry

• Most Melissa Gray Design jewelry is created with sterling silver. In order to keep your silver from tarnishing, it is recommended that you keep it in a cool dry place – in its original box. You can also purchase anti-tarnish tabs to keep with your jewelry, or try placing a piece of chalk in your jewelry box.

• The best way to polish silver jewelry is by using specially made silver polishing cloths.
